My name is Misha, and I specialise in clinical and spiritual hypnotherapy, alongside tarot and oracle readings. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and down-to-earth.
I have a background in psychology and trained as a hypnotherapist because I was fascinated by how real change happens when we work with the subconscious rather than against it.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist I worked as a journalist. That shaped how I work more than anything else. It taught me to listen properly, ask the right questions and sit with someone's story without judgement.
People find their way to me for all kinds of reasons. Some people come to me to address specific patterns, behaviours, and responses to create real and lasting change. Others come for deeper self-understanding, healing, or soul-level alignment, or because something feels off, and they can't quite name it.
My sessions range from focused, practical work designed to help you release habits such as smoking, alcohol or food addictions, overcome fears or phobias, or explore and resolve inner child experiences. If you're interested in something more spiritual, I can guide you in connecting with your spiritual guides and/or Higher Self, accessing the Akashic Records, exploring past and future lifetimes, or discovering your ancestral or lineage roots.
If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, I can support you in reconnecting with your true self and your highest path, so you can move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence.
I work with a strong focus on empowerment. My goal is always to help you reconnect with your own clarity and strength so you can move through whatever is holding you back and get on with living the life you want.
I also offer tarot and Sacred Spirit oracle readings for insight, clarity, and direction. These readings are reflective, grounded, and designed to help you better understand your current situation, the patterns influencing it, and the direction you are being guided toward.
